Z CLUB

Z Cultural Space, is the monumental set conceived ·1910· and inaugurated ·1921· by Ignacio Zuloaga.
On Santiago’s marshland, surrounding the ruins of a Pilgrim’s Hostelry and the old Hermitage, 14th century, he built a Studio-Workshop, a showroom for his Historial Collection, 13th-20th centuries, and finally, the Chapel of Saint Jame’s Way.

In Saint Jame’s Way Chapel, sculptures designed and polychromed by Ignacio Zuloaga are shown.
Next, a choice of his Old Masters Collection, 13th-20th Centuries, is exhibited.
Finally, his Studio-Workshop, displays a selection of oil paintings, drawings, engravings and personal objects.

Z CLUB
In 2012, his last grandson, founded ASOCIACIÓN ESPACIO CULTURAL ZULOAGA, to maintain his grandfather’s memory.
The historical and artistic set, is a private and independent cultural centre; dedicated to an internationally recognized, great Basque artist.
